Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag's 'Freedom Cry'
Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag's campaign will be expanded with the
release of the single-player DLC 'Freedom Cry'. According to an advert for the
game, featured in the latest issue of Game Informer, the DLC will be available
on the 17th of December.
The 'Freedom Cry' DLC will feature 4+ hours of content, and will let players take control of shipmate assassin Adewale. Taking place fifteen years after the event of Black Flag, Adewale has become a trained assassin, and when he finds himself shipwrecked in Saint-Domingue with no weapon nor crew, he sets off on his own adventure.
In the advert, only the PS3, PS4, Xbox 360 and Xbox One logos are featured, which means that the DLC will only be available for PC and Wii U on a later date. 'Freedom Cry' will be available for free for those that bought the Season Pass, with Ubisoft yet to reveal the DLC's separate price.
